Defendant appealed his 600 month sentence after pleading guilty to one count of production of child pornography and one count of receipt of child pornography. The court concluded that the district court did not err by applying a four-level enhancement under USSG 2G2.1(b)(4) for an offense that involves sadistic or masochistic conduct.
